Serving Warner Center · Five minutes from the towers

Dispensary & weed delivery near Warner Center

Warner Center packs most of the West Valley's working life into a few square blocks — the office towers, The Village, Westfield Topanga, and the apartment communities stacked along Owensmouth and De Soto. One thing the district doesn't have is a dispensary. The nearest licensed shop is Nature's Story, on Topanga Canyon Blvd just south of Victory, about five minutes away whether you head west on Victory or Oxnard.

Those five minutes are the whole pitch. Open our Weedmaps menu before you shut the laptop, place the order, and it's bagged at the register before you've cleared your parking structure. No circling for a spot on our end either — the lot behind our building is free, and the entrance opens right onto it.

And on the nights when leaving the couch isn't happening, we come to you: delivery reaches every address in Warner Center through Weedmaps, with an ID check at your door.

The after-work run, in three moves

01

Order from your desk

Pull up the live Weedmaps menu while you're wrapping up for the day. Pricing and stock update in real time, so the eighth you tap at 5:40 is the eighth waiting at the register.

02

Point the car at Topanga

Victory Blvd and Oxnard St both run straight west to Topanga Canyon Blvd, and we sit just south of the Victory light. From most of the district it's five minutes, give or take a signal.

03

Land inside happy hour

Leave after 7 PM and you walk straight into our nightly 15%-off window, which runs until 9. It lines up with the Warner Center commute almost too well to be an accident.

Full store details, map and directions are on our Woodland Hills dispensary page.

Rather not leave the tower? We deliver.

Every Warner Center address sits inside our delivery zone — the high-rise apartments on Owensmouth, the complexes along De Soto, and everything in between. Orders go through Weedmaps, and delivery is fully legal here under California's MAUCRSA framework and Los Angeles rules.

Two things to have ready: a government photo ID (21+, or 18+ with a physician's recommendation), and a little awareness of the state's daily limits — 28.5 grams of flower and 8 grams of concentrate for adult-use customers, with higher allowances for medical patients. Zones, timing and the fine print live on our weed delivery page.

Why the district shops here

Warner Center has options in every direction. Here's what keeps people pointing west at 6 PM instead.

Happy hour on commuter time

Every night, 7–9 PM, 15% comes off the entire store — flower, carts, edibles, all of it. No coupon, no app, no asking.

Concentrate Tuesday

Every Tuesday, concentrates ring up 10% off. Percentage deals don't stack with each other — the register simply applies whichever saves you more.

Nature's Points

Free to join, a point per dollar, and 100 points knocks $5 off. Signing up alone is worth 100 points — deals still earn points, too.

Parking that takes ten seconds

After a day of Westfield garages and office structures, our free lot behind the building — entrance right off it — feels like a small miracle.

Hours that match yours

Open every single day, 8 AM to 10 PM. Early enough for a pre-shift stop, late enough that a long Tuesday doesn't cost you the trip.

Pay how you actually pay

Cash and debit work, Apple Pay works, and there's an ATM on-site if you'd rather not think about it.

Current specials are always on the deals page, points and tiers on Nature's Points, and if you want the happy-hour math worked out for you, we wrote a guide to getting the most out of it.

One store, the whole west end of the Valley

Warner Center sits at the center of our map, but the same five-to-ten-minute logic works from the neighborhoods around it. If you're north of Vanowen, see our Canoga Park page; if you're east along the Boulevard, the Tarzana page covers your route. Same shelf, same prices, same free lot at the end of the drive.

Warner Center questions, answered

Is there a dispensary in Warner Center itself?
No — there's no licensed cannabis retailer inside the Warner Center district itself. The closest licensed shop is Nature's Story at 6455 Topanga Canyon Blvd in Woodland Hills, roughly five minutes from the office towers and The Village, selling both adult-use and medicinal under license C10-0001023-LIC.
Do you deliver to Warner Center apartments and offices?
Yes. Our Weedmaps delivery covers all of Warner Center, including the residential complexes along Owensmouth and De Soto. Cannabis delivery is legal under California's MAUCRSA rules and LA's local ordinances — just have a government-issued photo ID ready at the door (21+, or 18+ with a physician's recommendation).
How do I get to Nature's Story from Warner Center?
Take Victory Blvd or Oxnard St west until you reach Topanga Canyon Blvd. The store sits just south of the Victory intersection, and free parking is in the lot behind the building — the entrance is off the lot, so you never touch street parking. Most of the district is about a five-minute drive away.
Can I place my order before I leave the office?
That's exactly how our Warner Center regulars do it. Order on Weedmaps while you're still at your desk and the bag is packed at the register by the time you park. Bring the ID that matches the order name; pickup usually takes a couple of minutes door to door.
What time should I come for the best prices?
Between 7 and 9 PM, when nightly happy hour takes 15% off everything in the store — a window that happens to line up with the Warner Center drive home. We're open until 10 PM, which is as late as any California dispensary is allowed to operate.
