Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website and the Nature's Points loyalty program, both operated by NATURE'S STORY, LLC ("Nature's Story," "we," "us"), a cannabis retailer licensed by the State of California (C10-0001023-LIC). By using the site or the program, you agree to them. They're short by legal-document standards; please actually read them.

Who may use this site

This website is for adults 21 years of age or older, or adults 18 and older who hold a valid physician's recommendation for medicinal cannabis. The age gate you pass on arrival is your representation that you qualify. If you don't, close the tab — the rest of these terms won't apply to you, and neither will our store.

This site doesn't sell anything

Everything here is informational. All cannabis sales happen either in person at 6455 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91303 or through Weedmaps, an independent platform we don't operate. When you place a pickup or delivery order there, Weedmaps' own terms of service and privacy policy apply to that transaction alongside California law. We're responsible for the products we sell you; we're not responsible for the Weedmaps platform itself.

Nature's Points program terms

The loyalty program is free to join and works as described on the rewards page. The fine print, stated plainly:

• Points have no cash value.They are a discount mechanism, not currency — they can't be redeemed for cash, refunded, or paid out.
• Points are non-transferable.They belong to the account that earned them and can't be sold, gifted, or pooled between accounts.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed at our discretion.
• Fraud forfeits everything. Gaming the program — fake referrals, manufactured check-ins, exploiting a technical error — results in forfeiture of points and may result in removal from the program.
• The program can change.We may adjust earning rates, redemption values, tiers, or bonuses, or end the program, with reasonable advance notice. We won't retroactively strip points you earned fairly under the old rules.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep this site current, but cannabis retail moves fast: strains sell out, prices shift, deals rotate. The live menu and pricing on our Weedmaps listing control — if this site and Weedmaps disagree, Weedmaps is right. Deals described here (happy hour, weekly specials, review discounts) are subject to change, and percentage discounts don't stack with each other; the best single price wins. Nothing on this site is medical advice — content about cannabis effects is general information, and questions about cannabis and your health belong with a physician.

Intellectual property

The Nature's Story name, logo, and the original text, photography, and design of this site belong to NATURE'S STORY, LLC. You're welcome to link to any page. Copying our content for another site — especially another dispensary's — is not permitted without written consent.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NATURE'S STORY, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the loyalty program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that California law does not allow to be limited, and nothing here alters the consumer protections that apply to the licensed retail transactions themselves.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute arising from them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
